Solid Ground Apps is a small team, so support comes directly from us — no ticket queue, no chatbot. Expect a real reply, usually within a couple of business days.
Email hello@solidgroundapps.com for anything: a bug you've run into, a feature you'd like to see, a question about how one of our apps works, or general feedback. Please mention which app you're writing about and, for bug reports, your device model and OS version if you can — it makes tracking down the issue much faster.

Tell us what you were doing right before the problem happened, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. A screenshot or screen recording helps a lot if the issue is visual.
Our apps save your progress directly on your device rather than to an account, so there's nothing to "restore" by signing in elsewhere — your saved progress stays as long as the app itself isn't uninstalled. See our privacy policy for the full details on what's stored and where.
Our apps are free to download. If you were charged for anything unexpectedly through the App Store or Google Play, refunds for both are handled directly by Apple or Google, not by us — but email us too and we'll help however we can.
